Research related to the functioning of the Finnish labour market plays a key role in our activities. The research focuses on empirical projects that are relevant to wage earners. Our research can be applied in political decision-making. In addition to producing high-quality research, our aim is to provide solution-oriented research and to interact with those who utilise this information. Our empirical research utilises to a large extent individual-level data.
